I have no idea what is in clarirtinD, but i take a great deal of opiates. i just took two (2) M357 hydrocodones and one (1) ClaritinD. Im not prescribed either of them, I just like to get high and Claritin cleans out my sinuses regardless of my Allergies atm.
So yeah, I'm not dead. They were weak Hydrocodones though. 500/5's (500mg acetaminophen/5 mg of hyrdocodone)
I also took a Benodryl, whatever use that may be of you.
The only real immediate risk I could see is acetaminophen overdose (roughly 4000mg) if Claritin even contains acetaminophen.
Unfortunately I am not a medical professional, so if you're taking anything other than what i just described (or you have different preexisting medical conditions) then I cannot guarantee your safety.

∙ 14y agoTaking Claritin and Hydrocodone should present no specific problem. Claritin D does have a decongestant added (pseudoephedrine) that could raise blood pressure and heart rate a small amount especially in higher dosages but still should not interfere with the analgesic action of hydrocodone.

It shows the keflex did not work, and you will likely need a different antibiotic which i why I suggest avelox. Claritin does not cause drowsiness or increase your blood pressure, so you may take it safely. You should avoid claritin-D because it increases blood pressure. Claritin and claritin-D are different drugs, claritin is for allergies while claritin-D is for allergies and decongestion of your nose and sinuses
