You should not take two pain medications at the same time. Take the Mobiglan first - it is the stronger medication. Take some food with it, as it can be harsh on the stomach. If you do not feel significantly better in a couple of hours, you can take tramadol then.

∙ 11y agoYou can, but you got to watch the amount you take.. Unless you have a tolerance already, I suggest Ibprofin along with the Tramadol or morphine, it helps.
