Yes, you can take these two medications together. If additional pain relief is needed while on celebrex, acetaminophen is the best over the counter option because it is in a different class of medication. Celebrex is a potent NSAID, and you would not want to mix it with other NSAIDS such as ibuprofen.

When you take some pain relievers with over-the-counter or prescription medicines, they may interact with each other-changing the way one or both of them work in your body. This may cause side effects.

NSAID pain relievers such as Ibuprofen, as well as a class of prescription medicines known as COX-2 inhibitors, may cause undesirable side effects. (Celebrex® is a COX-2 inhibitor.) NSAIDs are sometimes known to interact with certain prescription medicines.

Paracetamol s not an NSAID or a COX-2 inhibitor. It's a pain reliever that works differently and, when used as directed, has less drug interaction risk than other over-the-counter pain relievers you may be taking. Do not use Paracetamol with other Paracetamol -containing products. Always read and follow labeled directions.
