Please do not take ibuprofen during pregnancy or even if you suspect you are pregnant without consulting your OB-GYN. It is known to cause a fetal heart defect as well as problems with the baby's kidneys.
No you can't take ibuprofen in any of your trimesters! Even in your third when you can take anything over the counter, not ibuprofen, and remember the earlier in your pregnancy the more risky it is to take any medication because the baby is still developing. People really need to understand that!

No its not safe to take ibuprofen at all during pregnancy, especially in the beginning. If you took some I'm sure you'll be ok but I wouldn't do it anymore.
