From my expirience yes but not in high doses(like over 100ml daily).It may cause serotonin effect.Also the best would be to skip lexapro that day if you not going to take tramadol on daily basis.

∙ 14y agoThese drugs are contraindicated. Taking tramadol with SSRI antidepressants significantly increases your risk of a potentially fatal condition known as Serotonin Syndrome. This includes symptom such as hallucinations, confusion, rapid heartbeat, rise in body temperature which can be fatal, sweating, tremor, and rigidity. You also have an increased risk of having a seizure.
You should not take tramadol when taking these antidepressants.

I have taken them together and survived. 20 mg Lexapro with 5 mg Vicodin and 3 pints of beer. My doctor said the Lexapro and Vicodin are ok together as long as it is supervised and within the recommended dosage. The beer, probably not ok.
