I have been reading alot about this. Now the science & medical world is saying that it can compliment or enhance your current SSRI (paxil, effexor...). I just started 400 mg of Sam-e today to my 25 mg of paxil cr. I will keep a close watch on the way I feel after about a week or so. Like many of these things it may just depend on the individual. I am going very slowly with this.
