Yes, I've never seen anything regarding an interaction between the two.
You may have some relief by taking magnesium and vitamin E supplements. Best to take them while you are taking the Levaquin, though. This is based on some in-vitro and animal research, which found reduced tendon damage from Levaquin when magnesium and vitamin E (tocopherol) were supplied. It's less likely to help after you finish the Levaquin, but maybe worth a try. I don't know of anything for neurological damage, or any research on this for humans. Note that you should not take magnesium supplements two hours before or after taking Levaquin, since it reduces the antibiotic effectiveness of the drug.
Drugs.com interaction checker said no problem. I just took some and I'm on lexapro

Yes, you can take Levaquin for strep. It is not the antibiotic of choice for strep throat. Penicillin or Macrolides are first and second choice, respectively. Levaquin is a strong antibiotic and is a bit much for treating something like strep.
Phenylephrine is in some Hemorrhoidal ointments with a warning to check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are taking depression medications. I take Bupropion (Wellbutrin). Today I woke from a nap breathing heavily and feeling weak and shaky. May or may not be related, but I will take this issue to my local pharmacist and see what they say.
It is generally safe to take Tylenol (acetaminophen) with Tramadol. However, it's important to follow the dosage instructions provided by your healthcare provider and not exceed the recommended dose of either medication. Combining both medications may increase the risk of liver toxicity, so be cautious if you have existing liver issues.
