You can only take Excedrin with Hydrochlorothiazide if you have received the go-ahead from your doctor to do so. Excedrin contains aspirin and may interact negatively with the other medication or your doctor might have to make dosage adjustments.

Usually, with no underlying conditions, there should be no problem. Acetominophen will usually only cause complications when taken with other medications that contain acetominophen.

Bad idea. Hydrocodone tablets generally contain acetaminophen, as does Excedrin; too much acetaminophen leads to fatal liver damage.
