∙ 13y agoAbsolutely NOT! Tramadol (also known as Altram) is an opioid painkiller, as is Tylenol 3 (which is your typical Tylenol, with 15mg of Codeine). You do not want to mix two opioid drugs because that could lead to overdose.
Actually Tylenol 3 is 300 mg of acetaminophen (Tylenol) with 30 mg of codeine. However, do not mix your opiates, no matter the strength.
Dont listen to the crap above, along as you dont take too many you will be fine and might catch a nice buzz ;)

∙ 14y agoNo. Tylenol 3 is Tylenol with codeine, and tramadol is a different type of pain killer, so they should not be taken together.
