Absolutely NOT! Tramadol (also known as Altram) is an opioid painkiller, as is Tylenol 3 (which is your typical Tylenol, with 15mg of Codeine). You do not want to mix two opioid drugs because that could lead to overdose.
Actually Tylenol 3 is 300 mg of acetaminophen (Tylenol) with 30 mg of codeine. However, do not mix your opiates, no matter the strength.
Dont listen to the crap above, along as you dont take too many you will be fine and might catch a nice buzz ;)
No. Tylenol 3 is Tylenol with codeine, and tramadol is a different type of pain killer, so they should not be taken together.
Tramadol has been linked to many many seizures. Taking 3 would not be advised, but probably wouldn't hurt you.

CAN TRAMADOL AN CO-CODOMOL BE TAKEN TOGETHER
No. These two can cause seizures when taken together.
I wouldn't try my luck.
Yes, in moderation, of course.
yes they can be taken together.... they work in different ways but they both relieve pain
my neurologist prescribed them to be taken together for recurrent migraines.
can aerius kids be taken with children tylenol
You should only take pills together that the doctor prescribes. A pharmacist or your doctor will be able to determine if the medicine can be taken together.
Paroxetine (Pazil) can be taken with medications containing hydrocodone. Ultram (tramadol) is a selective mu-agonist and will compete for binding sites with hydrocodone, so it's really best NOT to take them together.
