Yes, depending on how you plan to use it. BE VERY CAREFUL The fentanyl may solidify and lose its effectiveness transdermally (through your skin). It may also lose its potency, but not by much (guessing 5% max) unless exposed to the air. You can try putting a half patch in your cheek, try not to swallow the gel it is less effective if digested. You can also try heating the patch before applying it. Both these methods are dangerous, and should not be tried without a tolerance. If you have no tolerance, or want to abuse the patch, SWIM recommends that you scrape pinhead sized drops of gel onto tinfoil and vaporize it. you want about 160ug...but how the hell do you measure that. Dont set it on fire, inhale through a tube. I have a friend who died abusing fentanyl, be careful, find a drug forum, read more if you don't know.
