I wouldn't. I have no history of seizures and within a week of starting a cyclobenzaprine treatment, and had a seizure.

∙ 12y agoYes, you can take Flexeril (cyclobenzaprine) while on Effexor (venlafaxine). But you'll get more dizziness / drowsiness. You should also respect the dosage of both.

∙ 10y agoYou can take cyclobenzaprine 5mg with Wellbutrin 150mg together, but they both can cause drowsiness. Cyclobenzaprine is a pain medication and Wellbutrin is an anti-depressant.
