Some people are able to take Ritalin and Excedrin together, some are not.

Several different formulations of Excedrin (Excedrin Extra Strength, Excedrin Migraine, Excedrin Back & Body) have three different ingredients:

Acetaminophen (Tylenol)

Aspirin (a non-steroidal-anti-inflammatory)

Caffeine (one dose = 2 tablets = 2 cups of coffee)

Ritalin is a stimulant medication. Some people will be able to handle taking Ritalin along with extra caffeine in their diet (on top of any caffeine-based drinks they already intake - coffee, soda, Red Bull and other various energy drinks).

Always speak to your doctor.

Note: There is always the option of matching whatever dose of acetaminophen and aspirin you would be taking from the Excedrin, and leaving out the extra caffeine.
