Oh you can, but I wouldn't recommend it. From firsthand experience, I've been drinking a monster a day for a year with my focalin, I've gained 40+ pounds and now am hypoglycemic. Lately I've switched to two monsters a day, and my doctor tells me if I keep this up, I'm dead.
Psychological addiction sucks. Don't do it.
