When you say 'hand luggage', I assume you mean 'carryon luggage'. It is acceptable to carryon hand cream in amounts of 3 oz or less. Must be in a container that is accessible should security want to test it for any reason. Just made a trip to DC, so it is fresh on my mind. Tried to bring back a very small water-globe in my carryon. They could not test the liquid, so they made me put it in my checked-in luggage. Good luck!
You can put toiletries under 3 ounces in your carryon bag. They must be placed in a clear zip-top bag (no more than quart-sized) and the bag must be taken out when going through security. They may be placed in your carryon luggage this way.
All toiletries in containers over 3 ounces must be placed in checked luggage.
Yes, but if it is in liquid form, then it has to be less than an ounce.
Liquid soap they will allow in your hand luggage if it is a mini bottle. They will not allow a big bottle on the flight. Also, a bar of soap should not be problematic.
no you are not
no
I think you are allowed knitting needles in your luggage that goes into the plane hold (main luggage), but you are not allowed them in your hand luggage because they can be classed as dangerous. If you want to knit on the plane, I have used pens before. If you use some thin pens or pencils, that should work.
Provided they do not exceed the cabinet weight and size limit, in theory yes, speakers can be taken on a plane in hand luggage.
you can
NO!
Checked luggage is that which has been checked in: weighed, labelled, and taken away to be loaded onto the plane. You don't see it again until you have landed at the other end and the plane is unloaded. Hand luggage is that which you can take onto the plane with you and have access to during the flight.
yes
Aerosols are allowed as long as they are NOT IN YOUR HAND LUGGAGE.
yes
yes, but not in hand luggage.
i dont know why not as long if its safe most of the airlines have the following requirements: Hand baggage: one piece at 8 kg no sharp items - knives, corkscrews, etc. No containers larger than 100ml containing fluid, gel, creams, jams
Definitely not (most airlines). It is a weapon. Why do you need scissors on the plane? It would be disgusting to cut fingernails on a flight!
Not in your hand luggage, but it will be ok in the hold.
