I wouldn't recommend it. Promethazine is an anti-nausea drug, while codeine is a mild narcotic and painkiller. I've taken both of those together, and it was NOT fun. I was hurt and nauseous. I also had prescriptions for both drugs. Ecstasy is a "street" drug; you don't really know what you're getting, nor what dose. If you are sick enough to need promethazine to keep you from vomiting, you probably don't want to be taking unknown street drugs.

Now if you decide you do actually need both of these medications, please be aware that they both cause decreased respiratory and CNS function so you will need to keep these monitered. If the lorazepam makes you sick, get another prescription. But over all to answer your question, yes you can take them together.
