(I am not a doctor) I have been taking 300mgs of Lamictal once a day for 10 years due to a seizure disorder and in that time I have taken Benadryl for seasonal Allergies. I noticed no adverse effects. It may be only subjective, but it is possible that Lamictal could reduce the effectiveness of Benadryl, but I never noticed any other kind of contraindication. But as with any drug you are unsure about, always consider what other medications you are currently prescribed.
UM...NO! It will raise the Lamictal level in your blood and cause all sorts of problems...seizures in my case. Check drugs.com before ever taking anything with Lamictal!!
Yes.
Can you take hydrochlorothiazide together with melatonin
The is NO medical contraindications to the taking of them both. It SHOULD be safe.
can a person take melatonin and depakote, and will there be a reaction
There are no known interactions between Motrin PM and Melatonin
echnacea and zinc together
Not a good idea, ambien for sleeping, but diphenhydramine can cause sleepiness too.
Yes, those medications are fine to take together.
Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and Claritin (loratadine) are both antihistamines and therefore should not be taken together. Singulair may be taken with diphenhydramine or loratadine, but not with both.
Yes diphenhydramine does thin the blood, as well as increase the heart rate, when taken in excessive doses
Over-the-counter all you are going to get is diphenhydramine or melatonin.
Supposedly they are trying to market this combination together in one pill, as buspirone depletes melatonin levels. So I am assuming it is okay.
Although these two are commonly mixed together, which is not recommended. there is a major drug interaction between them, which can lead to health problems and even death. call your doctor immediately.
