In my case, yes. I have been on both for the past 6 months. The Vivelle patch has been effective at controlling all my physical symptoms of menopause (hot flashes, cold spells, muscle/joint aches & pains, etc.) and the Prozac (20mg/day for me) has been extremely effective for management of my depression. The only drawbacks have been: weight gain (15 pounds over the 6 months) due to cravings for sugar, carbs, and a general disinterest in "healthy foods" like vegetables (representing a real change in my attitude towards food). I also find myself being rather impulsive with my spending - an odd thing, to be sure, but again, it's a shift in my attitude towards spending that is very new for me.
My gyn prescribed both for me when the patch was not enough to control my depression, which was due to a decrease in hormones. Good luck with your health.
Can you take menopace with blood pressure tablets

It should be fine to take these medications together. If you have concerns or questions, you should check with your doctor or pharmacist.
No it isnt, you can take menovital or menopace
SKrumby?
probably
You should not take Prozac (fluoxetine) and Celexa (citalopram) together. There are both selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors. This means that they work in the same way in the brain and using them together will not increase the benefit. However, using them together can lead to a serious and even life threatening condition known as serotonin syndrome. Sometimes a doctor will combine antidepressants when one doesn't have an adequate effect, but they do not two from the same class.
I've taken fluoxetine for years and I have severe asthma. I've noticed no effect at all.
You can take anything with fluoxetine, but make sure not to get a "PM" formula because of the sleeping medication.
Yes Ritalin and Prozac (fluoxetine) work in very different ways and are able to be taken together, I take both of them to help with both ADHD and depression and there are no side effects from taking them both simultaniously.
I have one of the best Gynaes and he has put me on lilly-fluoxetine, he has assured me that it is safe to use!
