Yes, you can take Topamax on the HCG diet. However, it is better to talk to your doctor before you embark on a severe calorie restricted diet.
I do, for Borderline Personality Disorder.

That is a question that you should ask your health care provider.
I don't know if Topamax is the cause yet--but I developed a mysterious rash on my inner thigh after beginning to take Topamax. I have switched laundry detergent, body wash, have not started eating anything new lately, so can't figure out any other possible cause. Rash is listed on the literature as a "rare" side effect of Topamax. I take 200mg per day.
No it can not. Topamax, it to ward of headaches. OB will approve.
There are various interactions that can happen if you take all of these medicines together at once. Speak to a physician before taking all four of them. (topamax is known to interact with sleep aids, muscle relaxants etc etc)
An maoi refers to "monoamine oxidase inhibitors," which is a kind of antidepressant that affects serotonin and dopamine levels in the brain. Topamax is a medication that alleviates migraine headaches. Topamax is not an maoi.
The answer is typically no. Topiramate, the chemical in Topamax, which is an anticonvulsant - it protects against seizures. However, there is evidence of a risk to pregnancy in humans. So, check with your doctor if you become pregnant while taking Topamax, and discuss with him whether you can take a different (safer) medication. However, note that many doctors feel that in some cases, the benefits outweigh the risks, as having a seizure can be devastating to a pregnancy.
Yes. There are no interactions at all. The topamax should make you need less hydrocodone.
