Yes you can. I take 30mg MS Contin 3x daily, as well as Percocet 10/650 3x daily.
My pain management specialist has prescribed those meds as well as multiple others for my radial nerve palsy. Hope this comment helps answer your question.

∙ 14y agoNot unless your Doctor tells you to take them at the same time. They each have a side effect of slowing the heart. Taking both within a short period of time could stop the heart. Even taking each of them a couple hours apart is not wise.
