As long as you take them under a doctors supervision, I don't see any red flags regarding interactions. Phentermine is used for people that are obese, not someone who wants to lose a couple pounds. If the phentermine is not prescribed for YOU, then I would not take it.

I cannot stress it enough Im assuming you have a seizure disorder don't add more to it lose weight the old fashioned way and eat healthy and work out, phentermine is not worth the problems it could cause you assuming you do have a seizure disorder. Ask your doctor for b12 shots for energy take vitamin d 2000 iu a day and you should be fine.
