Yes, and I have a male friend going through this at the present time. You need to go to court to demand a DNA sample of the father. Court ordered! Then the judge will set another date after the DNA testing is done on the baby and the father (usually a swab of saliva from the mouth.)
Legally - an adult. If you are a minor - your parents or guardian would have to do it.
Is the last "her" the mother? , the daughter? the judge? The daughter.
I'm not sure what "group stalking" is, but sure, if you can find a lawyer willing to represent you, you can.
How long did it take Congress to admit Missouri as a state?
For 1) are you in custody of your daughter? If you are in full custody you could take her to court for kidnapping is your EX mother in law in custody of your daughter? Do you have joint custody? If your ex mother in law has no custody over your daughter you could take her to court, she is not authorized to take care of your child.
He doesn't. Only the courts can award/enforce visitation.
She will have to take court permission first.
Yes it is legal for somebody to take pictures of your dog.
Not if there's court orders for visitation or custody. He/she would need yours and the courts consent.
That is dependent on the state and whether they are a consideration. see links blow
If a court has awarded you visitation rights, that ruling would be legally valid in any state. States recognize the legality of court rulings made in other states. If, however, you do not have visitation rights, and if your daughter is currently in the home of someone who does not want you to visit her, then that is a legal issue which you can take to court (if you can afford the lawyer's fees).
The only way an alcoholic will see it themselves is when they are willing to admit the fact that they need help with their drinking. Even if they do admit it, they always think that they can stop whenever they want, which of course they cannot. All anyone can do is to offer help and be able to talk sense into them when they have a sober moment. Offer to take them to AA or have someone from AA come and speak with them.
