Working in a pharmacy, I see a lot of Vicodins prescribed with Flexeril but not Darvocet and Flexeril. Be sure not to drink any alcohol (even cough syrup that contains it) because it might increase the effectiveness of the medication. And be sure not to take any extra Tylenol since it is already in the Darvocet. You can take Ibuprofen if needed.
