No, and yes.

A zygote is the product of one egg and one sperm, so in this sense only one sperm will fertilize the egg and so only one man will be the father. However it's worth noting that it takes multiple sperm to get through the surface of the egg in order for that one final sperm to fertilize the egg - basically it takes multiple sperm to fertilize the egg, which may include sperm from more than one partner.

No as soon as the first enters the egg it seals itself and no others can enter.

Twins / triples etc are created when one fertilised egg splits, forming identical twins / triplets etc, or more than one egg is fertilised, creating non-identical siblings.

No, that would not be possible. However, two women can have their eggs fused, then again, men can have eggs crafted from stem cells and women can have sperm from stem cells.

Yes, although only one egg will be fertilized. That egg might subsequently split in a way that creates identical twins. But you can't fertilize both eggs with one sperm cell.

How do ants make baby's?

Most ants are sterile, only the queen lays eggs. The queen makes one mating flight in her youth and stores up sperm to last her whole life (up to 10 years in some species). the queen doles out the sperm to her eggs one sperm per egg. These eggs hatch into females which can grow into anything from workers to queens depending on what they are fed. the unfertileised eggs hatch as males (an interesting side-effect of which is that all the sperm produced by that male will be geneticly identical to every other sperm). The queens children are all raised by their sisters.

Pregnancy and fish?

Fish do not get pregnant. The females lay jelly-like eggs in shallow holes, and the males distribute sperm over the eggs to fertilize. However, male seahorses incubate and protect the eggs in belly pouches, which can make it appear that they are giving birth when the young hatchlings emerge.
