∙ 12y agoI asked the pharmacist that question and he said it was fine. I am taking vicotin 5mg and my Allergies are acting up so i am taking 24 hr claritin and i feel fine. If you feel weird about it just call your local Walgreen's and ask the pharmacist on staff.

∙ 10y agoTaking benadryl 15 minutes or so after taking 2 Norcos (10/325) produces more of a euphoric effect. I have found that the liquid benadryl (just a normal dose) is more effective than 2 benadryl pills.

∙ 14y agoOfficially there's probably not a problem with that. From personal experience though, I took a Zyrtec earlier in the day because I was having allergies and then I took 5 mg Vicodin for my restless leg at night. The Vicodin hit me way harder and it was almost scary. I will not do that again. So be advised the Zyrtec may make the Vicodin stronger. Benedryl will definitely do this, I didn't realize that Zyrtec could.

∙ 13y agoBenedryl (Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride) and Vicodin (Hydrocodone) should not be mixed together without consulting your Doctor and/or Pharmacist.
The reason for this is that both medications are depressants and can cause severe enough depress to ensure coma and death.

That doesn't seem very safe. Adderall reacts badly with Diazapam (Valium) but I'm not sure about the Vicodin though, I'm sure you will be fine with that. You might want to talk to your doctor about the Valium and Adderall mixture though, I take adderall too and the part about drug interactions says not to mix with the Diazapam.
