There isn't a cheat for that, babies and toddlers can not got to community lots.

it isn't possible as the sims 3 has a strict rule about the care of children that's why you cant take babies and toddlers out without pushchar or car seat. You can now take the toddlers and babies out in the sims 3. and the children can be left alone. Not toddlers or babies though. but i don't think its possible unless u kill the parents. i hate to say that but i think that's the only way.

the sims 2 is really good if you like lots of different paths for your sim to take the sims 3 is good if you like high detail and not very many community lots but lots of new ways to do things (i have played the sims since 2003)

The main ways are Fire, Drowning, Electrocution, Old Age and Starvation. With Sims 3 World Adventures, a sim can get the mummy's curse and die from that. Babies, Toddlers and children can't be starved, die of old age or be electrocuted. If you try to starve them the Social Worker will come and just take them away. Babies, Toddlers and Children can't repair things, so they can't be electrocuted.
