Never tried it with hamsters but.
1: constantly say the hamsters name
2: lead the hamster towads you with a treat, while saying its name
3:put a treat where you want the hamster to go (near you) and call it's name, if it comes keep at it, if i doesn't go back to step 2
4:call your hamster with no treats in sight. if it comes to you quickly rather than coincidently give it a treat
