They should, if they expect to be able to teach the language to students. It doesn't necessarily have to be their native language, but they should be highly proficient in it. It is nearly impossible for one to teach Spanish (or any other language, for that matter) without speaking it, whether it be their native tongue or not. Thus, most (if not all) Spanish teachers speak Spanish.

In a short answer forum like this one, it is not possible to list all the vocabulary words of any one language, including Spanish. That would be a list of all the words in a dictionary of that language. Locate a Spanish-English dictionary at your local library and you will find plenty of Spanish vocabulary words.

There really arn't too many words that start with the letter 'w' in the Spanish language. This is because the 'W' is not a Spanish letter, but rather one that they adopted from the English language. The words that begin with a 'w' in Spanish are all nouns.
