yes
Abra is everywhere when you first start your journey, on Pokemon diamond/pearl/platinum. They hang around rught by Sandgem town and Twinleaf, but be carefull when trying to catch one, they might just teleport away:)In leaf green to find abra you go past nugget bridge and walk to your left. Then search the grass to the left near the water of nugget bridge to find abra. It may take you awhile especially since abra is evasive by using teleport which is the only move it knows when you first catch it.
look in caves and grass near Oreburgh, and to the east of Jubilife City !
Put it to sleep with a move like hypnosis or sleep powder, and it won't be able to teleport away until it wakes up again. Then get its health down and use your best Poké ball to capture it.

I'm not sure if you can catch kadabra in the wild (in the case of fire red/leaf green) But what you can do is find a wild Abra, put it to sleep, throw a few poke balls (preferably great/ultra balls since they have a higher capture rate) and as an Abra it will e virtually useless in battle since all it knows is teleport. If you have 50+ Pokemon in your pokedex, get the exp share from one of prof. Oak's aides near fuchsia city. If not, put the Abra in the front of your party and switch it out in battle so it can gain experience, and soon evolve into kadabra. Hope this helps ^_^ By the way, there should be a few places in the wild to find Abra. Don't let it teleport away!
You should be able to find an Abra in the cave at Dewford island. Run around in there for a while and one should pop up. Be sure to throw your Pokeball as soon as you see one because they teleport away. They aren't very rare and finding one shouldn't take long. I'm assuming that they are in the same place as they were in Pokemon Ruby version.
Yes he/she does it's called shadow tag it prevents Pokemon from running away but ONLY wild Pokemon. Not a trainer battle
no that's impossible.
there are actually 2 ways: the first way is make sure you have a zubat or golbat (for newer players) with mean look or a bronzong with block (more experienced players) so the Abra can't teleport away, go to route 203 or 215, then use a lower level Pokemon to catch it CAREFULLY, it pops out rarely! the second way is to get a machop (above oreburgh city (route 207)) go to a building in oreburgh city (i forgot which) and find a woman on the ground floor, she'll ask you to trade a machop for an Abra, then do the trade and you get the Abra it is hard though to train the Abra so it evolves into kadabra at lvl 16 and learn some attack moves without another Pokemon to switch to so the Abra can still participate in the battle (a bit hard), an exp. share (easy) or the day-care center at solaceon town (easiest!!!). or, then again, you could use some TMs if you really want to... migrate is one too There is another way. you will need a poke ball and a lot of luck. go find a Abra then try and catch it first go. i did that and it worked after 2 tries
Go through the game from the start to the nugget bridge. Battle all the trainers there then go straight up and then as far left as you can then go down till you hit grass there you should find an Abra. Catch one, then go back to the top of the screen now walk down so your facing the trainer press start the second he sees you and teleport away. Then go back up nugget bridge fighting all the trainers to the left until you come to a kid that has a slowpoke. Beat him, and then teleport back. Go back to nudge bridge and a menu will pop up. After that, mew will appear. Follow these instructions. This works, I have mew. It will be level 7 when it appears, so try not to kill it. And also, have about 15 pokeballs, because, you will need them. don't do that. I tryed today(11/29/08)and did not work.
No. If you teleport away, a pet - or other follower - will follow you. Some followers, however - basically those that are invoked with pouches - will disappear after a certain amount of time - unless you use a new pouch to "refresh" them.
In cerulean city do not battle the guy on the left of nugget bridge or the boy to the top of the screen by bill's house. Catch a Pokemon with teleport. Go to the boy by nugget bridge from the top. When you are one step away from when he challenges you, hit start and down simultaneously. Teleport back to cerulean and then go to the boy I mentioned second. Teleport again, go up nugget bridge, and the pause screen will come up. Hit b and fight mew!
