Anything over 14" does not provide you with anymore accuracy, as the barrel tends to slow down the ball if it is to long!
i have a 10 ga., double barrel "over & under". stamped on the barrel it says "made in Italy". on the other side of barrel is "Richland Arms Co.". I'm also a bit puzzeled and confused. Know anything ?

If you mean a muzzle brake or barrel weight, yes. It can change the vibration pattern in the barrel when the rifle is fired, changing the point of impact. Anything added to a barrel, such as a sound suppressor, will affect the zero.
