You will need to remove the oil sending unit that's back behind the distributor and screew the oil gauge line in it's place and then start the engine and read the gauge.
You should have no less then 20LBS at an idle.

Probably the fuel pump is on its way out. Have a fuel pressure test done.
Drain the radiator. Remove the fan and shroud if needed. unbolt the old pump and remove. Install the new pump, put all parts back, then refill the radiator with fresh coolant.
