Yes. You may even test positive for a week or two afterwards depending on how long it takes for the hormones associated with a pregnancy to clear your body.
A Pregnancy test picks up on the left over hormones in the urine and might come out positive. It is recommended you visit a doctor a week or so after you have taken an 'abortion pill' to check and make sure your pregnancy has indeed been terminated.
