I'd love to know why you'd want to tilt the engine. The answer though, is no. Remember the engine is connected to the transmission which is connected to the front wheels by constant velocity joints. Tilting the engine would change the angles of all kinds of things from the shift mechanism to the CV joints potentially damaging them.

Depends on if your car is equipped with tilting capabilities. I have an 02 GL as well and it does not tilt, unfortunately that was an option.

Yes, the 2002 Mazda Millenia has a fuse that controls the auto tilt steering function. If the auto tilt steering is not working, checking the fuse is a good first step in troubleshooting the issue. The fuse box is typically located under the dashboard or in the engine compartment; consult the owner’s manual for the exact location and fuse specifications. If the fuse is intact, the problem may lie in the steering column mechanism or wiring.
If you have tilt steering, there should be a switch or little pull lever on the left side of the steering wheel, but i havent had a tilt in any of my Paseo's xP
Engine oil dipstick is accessed under the drivers seat. Release the seat, tilt back, pull up the access cover. The engine oil dipstick is there along with the Automatic Transmission dipstick (if it applies). Vehicle should be on level ground.

The 2002 Kia Spectra does not come equipped with a tilt steering wheel feature. This model focuses on basic functionality and may lack some of the more advanced features found in newer cars. If tilt steering is important to you, consider looking at other models or years that offer this option.

To properly tilt a lawn mower for maintenance or storage, first, make sure the engine is turned off and cool. Then, tilt the mower on its side with the air filter and carburetor facing up to prevent oil or gas from leaking. Avoid tilting it too much to prevent damage to the engine.
