Yes, you can tint highlighted hair yourself, but it's important to choose the right products and shades to achieve the desired effect. Use a semi-permanent or demi-permanent hair color that complements your highlights and matches your base color. Be cautious to avoid overlapping onto the highlighted sections too much, as this can lead to unwanted results. Always conduct a strand test first to ensure the color develops as expected.
There are a handful of home remedies you can use to tint your hair green. You can use Kool-Aid for example to dye your hair.
highlighted hair is when you have a different colour layer of streaks in your hair for eg. blonde, red, brown
squeeze lemon juice in your hair
just mix white with any other colour. Perhaps its your hair you want to tint though. Go to the hair dressers or you might end up with orange hair!! janetdavies artist.co.uk

If your hair is black then yes you probably want to bleach it if you want the blue to stand out . If you just want to give it a tint in your hair like me then you dont have to bleach it. I love the tint, it looks black but when im in the sun you can really see the nice blue tint:) <3wikkianswers<3
no
Im dumb
Probably
you would have to get a bleach wash on your hair fist becase tint on tint goes darker so to go lighter you would bleach your hair then put a light colour over the top of it .
Brown hair does not "turn red." It can appear to have a reddish tint in some light. It may have a natural reddish tint that becomes emphasized by the sun lightening it. Keep in mind that there are only three human hair colors: blond, black, and red, and red is the result of a mutation. True red hair is actually quite rare. Every other hair tint is a result of a combination of hair color genes, OR artificial hair coloring.
you can but its not good for your hair.
