People who are unable to put in or wear color contacts may want to surgically change the color. This special laser surgery is available, but not really in the United States. You can however have a treatment done to turn the color of your eyes blue but that is the only color done in the U.S.

∙ 10y agoA better way to ask this question is: "Can a person have the color of their eyes surgically altered?" A person could not do it themselves, nor could a surgeon. If you want to change the color of your eyes (irises) wear tinted contact lenses. You can get them with or with out a corrective prescription.
