It is very possible to tip over a canoe. Some poeple use what are called outriggers which can be attached to a canoe in order to make it more stable and less likely to tip over.

How to get out of a canoe?

You should always have three points of contact with the boat and the surface onto which you are stepping. You might put one foot on the dock with a hand on the lip of the boat and another foot on the bottom of the boat. Anything that is comfortable for you. Also, make sure you do not do anything too quick when getting out of the canoe as not to tip it over.

If you fall off a small boat how should you be pulled back onto the boat?

if someone has a piece of rope they coulde pull you in but if your alone then you could pull yourself in but then again if you had a small canoe then it would just tip over which then leads to the fact of why you would be in a canoe on your own just try to figure out a way by your self.
