No. The only time when a players arm and racquet can cross the net into the opponents side of the court is when the ball has bounced on their side and spins/blows back onto the opponents side.
No, you can't touch the net at any point in the game otherwise the ref will call it and the point goes to the other team. I have done this many times but I am now an excellent volleyball player probably the best on my team. Not meaning to brag, but I'm pretty good I mean I can jump serve and stuff but that's EASY.
A spiker cannot puncture or put his hand on the oher side of the net. And also cannot put his o her foot more than half way over the line directly under the net.
