If you can put your transfer case into neutral, that's all you should have to do. If not, it gets a bit more complicated.. you may have to remove the driveshaft.

no you can not tow a vehicle with an auto trans on a dolly if the drive axle is on the ground. the auto trans does not circulate fluid to the parts unless the engine is running.

You should be able to tow it with no problems in neutral, considering it is a manual transmission. I would not think you need to do anything. But just to be on the safe side, I would recommend you contact an Isuzu dealer or look in your owner's manual to be sure.
