Well there is this user on facebook. It's not just a person it's a user only with a lot of gossip. I would like to know if it's possible to track this user because some of the stuff he/she is writing is not just for fun some of it is pretty serious... So if anyone could help it would be great!

Email hackers are generally tracked by Cyber crime police. They can track the IP address of the hacker. With the IP address, they can track the location of person.

Yes, you can track your IP address by using a dynamic DNS service (the ones I’ve used are free).
IP tracing is used to track down where certain files, & downloads originated. It's also been used to track hackers, and viruses.
That means that the DHCP server keeps track of what IP addresses - out of a pool (or set) of addresses - have been assigned. Any time a host (computer or similar) requests an IP address, the DHCP server will assign an available address and mark it, in its memory, as "assigned" so it won't assign the same address to another computer. That means that the DHCP server keeps track of what IP addresses - out of a pool (or set) of addresses - have been assigned. Not down to the exact degree of latitude/longitude, but you can get pretty close to where the computer using that IP is by tracking the IP.
WikiAnswers Supervisors and Community Assistants can see all contributions by an IP address.
Sometimes-for example, if the user has a dynamic IP address, and their IP address changes within this system as usual, it can generally be tracked. If the user uses a proxy service to make their IP address appear as if it is located in some random other part of the world, it may be more difficult to track.
They keep track of your ip but you can get on as many accounts as you want from your ip.... They don't block it.
