you can trade in the ps2 games for cash or store credit, which you can then buy psp games with that cash or store credit. you should take the store credit though because they take 20% off if you get the money in cash.

∙ 12y agowell here is your answer 12 dollars pretty stinks huh but gamespot gives you like 20 dollars or lower but here is the only place you can get more then those places game headz they give 25 dollars so that's like half of what you paid so go to game headz if you want the best cash you can get for a playstation 2

Many titles have more than will be needed already in the inventory and even if trade in were accepted it would be for a very small amount of trade in value. If you can find the game on Amazon you can see there trade in value based on the games condition they might pay more. Make sure you get your version of the game and not a greatest hits, GOTY, or other edition
