Of course you can. Any horse can be trained. You need to have patience. To train a wild horse or any bad horses, you need to practice hard by doing the same thing to the horse a dozen of times. You have to be patient and gentle with the horse, so that it could trust you. Most people hurt the horses if they dont listen to them. That is wrong. What you can do is to learn the horse, be patient with it, and offer it a pat or any treats when he/she does a good job.
