You can only accomplish this if the save data file is compatible with the XBox. You must transfer the data from whatever drive it is being held in to a USB drive. Once accomplished, you now have your Fallout 3 save data with you and can transfer it to anything that can read it.
The type of data transfer that is carried out using a USB port are varied. Some of the types of data transfer include bulk data transfer, isochronous data transfer and interrupt data transfer among others.
There is a Device which has a PS2 memory card slot with a USB and it can be attached to PC to transfer your PS2 memory data to PC.
To transfer over the data you can either use a transfer cable or simply a USB stick. I think they recommend using a 16gb for some reason I do not know. Also the USB stick used has to be atleast 1gb and have nothing on it as when you put it in the xbox 360 it has to check it and delete everything. Hope this helps.
you can use flopy disc, or usb's
Well you cant really but it is easy to get a transfer cable and i wouldn't mod gamerscore because u can get reset

FireWire has a higher transfer rate than USB, making it more suitable for video transfer and connecting external storage. USB is host-based, meaningit must have a host computer to transfer data to / from (with a few exceptions). FireWire devices can transfer data between themselves directly without the need for a computer host. FireWire supports fewer devices connected together (63, vs. 127 for USB).
The USB Data Transfer Device is a data transfer device that may remind you of a tape measure with the way the USB cables pull from the box. Two USB cables extend from the box and allow you to connect two different computers. You connect one USB to a computer and the other USB to another. Each cable has the ability to extend up to 4 feet in length which gives you a little more than 8 feet of a distance between both computers. When you connect two computers with the USB Data Transfer Device, they are recognized as additional drives. This allows you to easily transfer data from one computer to another. The good news is that you are not limited with space issues on a thumb drive or wasting CDs to move data. Data can be moved just by moving over from one folder to another. The good news is that you can transfer large amounts of data from 25 MB per second. The USB Data Transfer Device is powered through the USB ports on the computers. It doesn't require an AC outlet power connection. There is a blue LED indicator light to help you know when your data transfer is complete. This is the most convenient way to transfer data between two computers.
A USB lock works by physically blocking USB ports from unauthorised access, thus preventing unauthorised data transfer, which reduces the risk of data leakage, data theft and computer viruses.
