In the state of Texas you cannot obtain a license as a radiographer if you have a felony conviction. ADDED: As indicated by the first answer - this question (and many others similar to it) can ONLY be answered by the questioner contacting their state agency that licenses or controls these occupations and ASKING.
Transferring real estate license to a different State
Yes! Traffic offenses/points always transfer to your new state of residence when obtaining an out of state license. However, it is possible to get a new drivers license in a different state (if you relocate) if your license is currently suspended in the state you live in.

Their is no transfer you will have to start a new business in NC, you will have to contact NC department of revenue and go through their process and requirements for obtaining a dealers license. You can only transfer locations in your own state not state to state.
