Nope. To be able to transfer trophies might sound like a good idea to someone who wanted to change there account and keep the trophies, but it is a bad idea and a good thing that it is not possible or the Trophies would soon be a meaningless way to see what someone had played when comparing Trophies

To check your trophies on PS3 go to Games in the XMB. Near the top of the list there will be a trophies option, select this and submit. If you have an online account your trophies will be synced to or from your account. After the sync(if any) you will be able to see all your games that support trophies, and the trophies you have earned for each one.
