Your question is not very specific about where you are, so the answer can only be quite general.
Parents are usually allowed to travel abroad with their children. Depending on the country, the child must have a passport, or be registered in the parents passport. You should carry the birth certificate of the child, or a certified (notarized) copy of the birth certificate.
Taking a child out of the country without permission of the other parent may be illegal in some countries.
To travel abroad by yourself you have to be at least 12 years old; however, if you are younger than 12 you can pay the airport a fee to watch your child and help them travel safely for children as young as five.
