no.
There is no TM Foresight; it is a move learned by Pokemon naturally by leveling up on their own.
Bite is not a TM in the game. It's a move that can be learned by level up or by breeding.
Zen Headbutt is not a TM. It can be learned by leveling up, breeding, or by the Move Tutor.
there isn't one. its a natural move learned
Mean Look is not a TM in any of the Pokemon games. It is a move that can be learned by Pokemon such as Golbat, and Crobat.
Last resort is not a TM move. It can be learned by several Pokemon by leveling up, the move tutor can teach it to a few Pokemon as well. Another method is breeding.
You can't get it because there is no TM for bubble beam. its just a naturally learned move
A good moveset for Glaceon? Yeah I have one, in fact I got it not too long ago. If you're talking about Diamond, Pearl and Platinum some good moves for glaceon is: Iron Tail (Learned by TM) Blizzard (Learned at level 71 or by TM) Ice Beam (Learned by TM) Last Resort (Learned at level 50) Black and White: Blizzard (Learned at level 71 or by TM) Ice Beam (Learned by TM) Last Resort (Learned at level 50) Shadow Ball (Learned by TM) Heart Gold and Soul Silver: Blizzard (Learned at level 71 or by TM) Ice Beam (Learned by TM) Last Resort (Learned at level 50) Iron Tail (Learnd by TM) Blizzard is Glaceon's signature move so it should always have it. Ice Beam goes well with Glaceon too because it is already an Ice Type so Ice Beam would be more powerful. Last Resort is good when nothing else is doing much. It has a base power of 140 so it's really a great move. Iron tail is good when you go up against another ice type. The reason Iron Tail was switched with Shadow Ball in Black and White was because Iron Tail isn't a TM in that generation. Either way it's a great move. So good luck with your Glaceon.
If you mean Sheer Cold, it isn't a TM. It's a special one-hit KO move learned by specific Pokemon.
No, only if you didn't save it.
There is no TM for Earth Power. It is a move that only appears as one learned by certain pokemon, such as Camerupt and Nidoqueen.
A TM modifier is a code that will change a certain TM number to a different move that was not a TM. You use it for teaching moves to Pokemon that can't normally use that move. For instance you activate a code for Shadow Force TM#01 it will change TM #01 which is Focus Punch into Shadow Force! It is only of use if the code changes a TM than can be learned by ANY Pokemon.
