Yes, when installing Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 the game asks if you wish to enable or disable content that might be offensive, such as swearing.
Once enabled or disabled, the game will not ask for it again, as it is part of its configuration. If you wish to change this, a re-install of the game is needed.

∙ 12y agoYes apparently you can. At the start it will ask to disable inapropriate content. Say no and the swearing, blood etc will be turned off. However you cant change that setting after you've set it to that.

Yes you can. Go into options and turn off strong language.
