Yes apparently you can. At the start it will ask to disable inapropriate content. Say no and the swearing, blood etc will be turned off. However you cant change that setting after you've set it to that.

No, you cannot. If you turn off graphic content then the swearing will automatically be filtered. If you don't, they will swear and there will be more graphic content. It's a package deal.
no not on the multy player but in the campaign you can turn off the racist parts.
