Yes. See the Related Links below, it looks like it's $349
Yes, you can upgrade from Photoshop CS3 (or earlier) to Photoshop CS5 Extended, no problem.
not much other than the huge price lol
Nope - unfortunately you need at least Photoshop CS or Photoshop Elements 8 to upgrade to a CS2, 3 or 4 version. There are other ways to upgrade though - if you have any of the older Macromedia Suites, you can upgrade to a CS package.
If you have an upgrade version you have to have one of the previous versions too. Without it upgrade will not install on your computer. Full version means that you don't have to have preinstalled older version of photoshop.

Exactly as CS3 Standard is, It just has several extra features. Mainly 3D Graphics.
If you want, there are layout changes you can do, but when you first activate it you will just see photo editing, instead of the video editing or 3-D modes.
adobe photoshop cs3 abbreviation
In all honesty probably not. I use CS2 as a professional photographer and have tested CS3 but there is not much extra to justify the upgrade in my opinion
Maybe CS3? It is version of Photoshop
pretty much the only time you will ever see the phrase "Photoshop CS3 Extended" is when you start up photoshop and the little blue box will come up that says its loading all the components. other than that, you will never really see it. so double check. if you are still having problems, go back to adobe.com/downloads and re-download the trial and install it after you have uninstalled the other one. this should make it work and if not, contact adobe help.
Unless you have CS3 there is no animation utility integrated in photoshop, use Adobe Image Ready
