From what I have heard, no. Kongregate only supports Flash games, but if you can somehow convert it to flash idk maybe it will work.
Kongregate is a game website;where you can upload you're OWN games, also play other people's game's and rate them. You can chat to people who are on the same game or chat box(thing).
You upload it through the site.
Try addictinggames, armorgames, or kongregate they allow you to upload your games after going through a few steps.
Please be more specific
If it's in .dll form, you can integrate the .dll using the functions stated in the Game Maker Documentation.
Work out.
If you want people to be able to edit it upload the source code (*.gmk or *.gm81). If you want people to not edit your game or engine upload it as an executable (*.exe).

They should automatically save, if your talking about a specific game then there is probably a 'save game' button somewhere. Games ARE NOT saved to your account, but to your computer.
Send them your game if they approve your game they will upload it to their website.
To add a game as a favourite all you need to do is click "Add to Favourites" from the top of the game screen
