Yes you can use 2 cycle oil to mix with the gas for a mini pocket bike.
Regular gas should be fine

Try draining the gas tank completely and then Put new gas in with fuel stabilizer. Then spray starter fluid (wwd 40 works) into carburetor and start engine!! I hope this works if not then you might want to take it to a professional.

Clean or replace the carb....also check the filter in the gas tank....tank must be removed and the filter is screwed into the bottom...
