No, it's called "3 User", because you can install it on 3 different PCs, for a total of 3 users. The user part is not referring to different user accounts on your PC.

Internet Security is where your identity, data and actions are protected and hidden. There are very few software solution that do this well. I would not recommend either Kaspersky or Norton in this field. They do a good job as anti virals but fail at Internet Security.

Is a computer vulnerable to attack when it has been booted up but before any security software has loaded?
when you boot the computer the only way it would be vulnerable would be to a vires. in a floppy disk that is in the floppy drive. but computers have protection from letting this happen. and to get one from the internet would take skill that matches no other to get in in the 10sec before it the security kicks in.
